A few days ago, the installation of the first bread vacuum cooler of Webercooling in Ulaanbaatar,,the capital of Mongolia, was completed successfully. Our Baker, Mr Michel Schröder, went to the customer's site for debugging and optimization guidance.
Mr Michel Schröder made a week-long onsite guidance and recipe adjustment & optimization in the customer's factory. With his expert knowledge, the power of the bread vacuum cooler was fully released. Toast, croissant, chiffon cake, hamburger bread and many other baking products achieve perfect cooling result in a few minutes, and the baking time is also significantly shortened. Some products even save 10% of raw materials.
The customer was very satisfied with the quality of vacuum cooling and the professional technical service ability of Webercooling.They also invited the bakers to come to the factory again in June to assist in further optimization.
